Starbucks launches Snoopy cold cup after viral Bearista craze

Starbucks is launching a new Snoopy Glass Cold Cup as part of its upcoming Peanuts collection, with customers limited to buying two of the collectible cups each.

The $39.95 cup will arrive at participating Starbucks locations on September 15 alongside a wider collection celebrating the 60th anniversary of It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.

Starbucks has released several character-inspired collectible cups over the past year, including its Bearista Cold Cups. The original bear-shaped glass cup launched during the 2025 holiday season before additional Bearista designs followed in other markets and for seasonal releases.

The Snoopy Glass Cold Cup features the Peanuts character wearing a pumpkin-colored hat and seasonal green scarf, while Woodstock appears as a topper on the straw.

Starbucks has set a two-item per customer purchase limit specifically for the Snoopy Glass Cold Cup. The company says the collection will only be available while supplies last.

“The Snoopy glass cold cup is a special addition to the collection, one that is sure to become a cherished keepsake for Starbucks and Peanuts fans alike,” Dana Pellicano, Starbucks senior vice president of Global Product Experience, said.

The Snoopy cup is one of 10 collectible items included in the Peanuts and Starbucks collaboration, which brings characters from the franchise together with the coffee chain’s fall merchandise.

Other drinkware includes a Stainless Steel Cold Cup featuring Lucy and Snoopy, a Great Pumpkin Tumbler, a 24-ounce Cold Cup featuring Snoopy and The Great Pumpkin, and a 16-ounce Stainless Steel Tumbler featuring a Woodstock charm and dancing Snoopy.

The collection also includes a Snoopy Plush, Bag Charm, Mini Tote, and Enamel Pin Set.

The Snoopy Glass Cold Cup follows Starbucks’ viral Bearista Cold Cup, which launched in November 2025 for $22.95 and quickly sold out at locations across the US. Starbucks later said demand had “exceeded even our biggest expectations,” while listings for the cup appeared on resale sites for as much as $360.
