McDonald’s is giving customers in Texas an exclusive new meal celebrating different regions across the state, complete with a series of collectible cups.
Starting September 1, participating McDonald’s restaurants in Texas will offer the limited-time Texas Meal, according to a press release shared with Dexerto. The regional promotion combines several menu staples with collectibles designed around different parts of the Lone Star State.
Customers will also be able to get the recently announced returning Spicy Chicken McNuggets with the Texas Meal, bringing the fan-favorite option into the state-exclusive promotion.
McDonald’s Texas Meal comes with seven collectible cup designs
The Texas Meal includes a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, Medium Fries and a Medium Drink. Customers can request one of seven collectible cups created by Texas-based artist Avery Orendorf.
Each design represents a different part of the state, with cups dedicated to Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio, Austin/Central Texas, West Texas, East Texas and the Rio Grande Valley/South Texas.
The meal and collectible cups will only be available regionally at participating restaurants for a limited time, making the promotion exclusive to Texas.
Spicy Chicken McNuggets, which McDonald’s previously confirmed are returning for a limited time, can also be ordered as part of the Texas Meal. Customers looking to pair the returning nuggets with one of the collectibles can ask for the Texas Meal bundle box with Spicy McNuggets and a cup.
