Popular Just Chatting and political streamer Asmongold explains why he believes “being a woman is a disability”
Twitch and Kick personality Zack “Asmongold” has stated that “being a woman is a disability,” and that women “can still get a job as a cook or a maid.”
On September 9, 2026, a 58-second clip from the Austin, Texas-based personality’s broadcast that same day surfaced on the r/LivestreamFail subreddit. In it, Asmongold responded to a live viewer’s comment about people who “want to get their limbs cut off should be able to get that done medically.”
The 36-year-old disagreed with the opinion. He then claimed that “being a woman is a disability,” and elaborated:
“‘Just to say, mentally ill people that want to get their limbs cut off should be able to get that done medically.’ No, because then they’d be able to… they’d be disabled and then they wouldn’t be able to contribute to society. Like women, being a woman is a disability, of course. But you can still get a job as a cook or something. Or you know, a maid. But if you don’t have any arms or legs, then it’s going to be really hard to get a job.”
The community on the r/LivestreamFail subreddit had a lot to say about Asmongold’s remarks.
While one netizen believed that he was “rage-baiting,” several other community members voiced their displeasure with the streamer’s statements.
“People fall for the most obvious rage bait on the planet.” Reddit user ArthurFairchild stated.
“He’s obviously just saying ****. Its wild that we live in a world where people listen to this guy.” Reddit user AstronomerDramatic36 posted.
“People who hate women are really concerned about women having no interest in them these days Troubling 🤔” Reddit user Hautatuuli wrote.
“Why do people support this idiot?” Reddit user engagetangos remarked.
When Twitch streamer Asmongold Stated That Men Are “Naturally More Attractive Than Women”
Asmongold went viral in May 2026 when he took to X to express his belief that men are “naturally more attractive than women.”
The content creator explained why he thought “women need makeup” by writing:
“Men are naturally more attractive than women on average, that’s why women need makeup. This isn’t me being gay, it’s science. Look at a peacock or a cardinal, male vs female, females get mogged. Greek statues dedicated to the peak aesthetic form? Overwhelmingly men.” Asmongold wrote in his May 29, 2026, X post.
