Controversial Twitch streamer Denims opens up about podcast host Hila Klein being cheated on by Ethan Klein.

On October 23, 2026, Hila Klein broke her silence after Ethan Klein announced that the H3 Podcast was going on an indefinite hiatus. She said she could sense “something was wrong” for the past couple of months. The Teddy Fresh co-founder said she initially trusted her husband but began doubting her own instincts until she caught him lying. She said Ethan eventually admitted to an affair lasting more than six months. In one of her Instagram slides, she wrote:

But the lies continued. ‘It was just a kiss’ became ‘it was emotional cheating.’ After I dragged these lies from him, he finally admitted he’d been in an affair for over 6 months, the extent of which I’m sure I still don’t know.”
