Former NFL star Antonio Brown allegedly threatened comedian Druski following a viral comedy skit that mocked former football players dealing with CTE and concussion-related issues.

Brown addressed the controversy during a September 10, 2026, appearance on the We Outside segment, where Sidetalk had a short interview with the former NFL wide receiver. During the conversation, Brown was asked whether Druski’s viral Athletes Get Concussions & LOSE THEIR MINDS skit was directed at him.

When Brown was asked if he believed the skit was about him, he appeared to leave the possibility open. Brown suggested that the comedy could have been aimed at him and made it clear that he would not take kindly to finding out that Druski had specifically targeted him.

He then allegedly issued a threatening remark toward the comedian, saying that if he discovered the skit was about him, he would “violate” Druski:

“I don’t know, it could’ve been… Yeah, I’ma f**k Druski in his a**. Yo, Druski, I’ma f**k you in the a**.  Like, not directly in your s**t. But like, yeah, we’re going to violate you, bro.”

Brown was then asked what he would do if he came across Druski in person, and he went on to explain how he would confront the comedian:

“We gonna run up on him and give him a wedgie for all my CTE brothers. Yeah, we gonna give him a wedgie. We gonna get his jaws; we gonna get his jaws to his ears.”

T.J. Ward Also Joined In on the Criticism of Druski Over Controversial NFL Concussion Skit

Another former NFL player has criticized comedian Druski over his controversial skit about athletes dealing with concussions and the effects of head injuries.

In late August 2026, Druski released a dark satirical skit titled Athletes Get Concussions & LOSE THEIR MINDS. The video featured a fictional NFL running back named Ray Price, who suffers a brutal on-field hit before displaying increasingly erratic behavior.

The skit included a fencing-response posture following the hit and later showed the fictional player becoming destructive and aggressive. One scene also referenced O.J. Simpson’s infamous Bronco police chase, while other moments showed Ray Price head-banging and struggling to remember basic details about his playing career during a press conference.

The skit drew attention from former NFL players. T.J. Ward was among those who were not pleased with the Instagram post. He criticized the skit during his appearance on the Speakeasy podcast on August 26, 2026:

“When something is funny, it’s funny. Some of the situations in that skit had a couple of funny moments. But overall, I’m going to put my sensitivity cap on like everyone else seems to do when affecting them… These are life-and-death situations. At the end of the day, it’s a life-taking disease. And I think CTE, universally, is the only disease that’s allowed to be made fun of, which is crazy. You wouldn’t make fun of somebody with cancer; you wouldn’t make fun of somebody with dementia; you wouldn’t make fun of somebody with AIDS.”

His reaction added to the criticism surrounding Druski’s skit, which has sparked debate over whether comedy should use serious issues such as CTE and long-term brain injuries as its subject.
