DeenTheGreat has responded after reportedly avoiding jail time in connection with an alleged altercation involving a woman on a yacht in Miami, declaring that “the devil never wins” as he broke his silence on the situation.
On August 29, 2026, DeenTheGreat shared a TMZ report on X that detailed the latest update in the case. The influencer appeared to celebrate the outcome. In the caption accompanying the post, DeenTheGreat simply wrote:
“Cuhh free… the devil never wins.”
The case traces back to an incident that took place on May 27 in Miami, where DeenTheGreat was spending time with friends aboard a yacht. According to the woman involved, an argument broke out between the two of them, which ended with her being asked to leave the boat.
She alleged that DeenTheGreat’s reaction was triggered by other men on the yacht showing interest in her. She further claimed that when she attempted to film the confrontation, he took hold of her arm in an effort to stop her, an interaction she said left her with a small scratch.
TMZ also reported that DeenTheGreat agreed to take part in a diversion program as part of the resolution. The program reportedly requires him to complete certain classes and fulfill other conditions set by authorities.
If he successfully completes the program and avoids getting into further trouble, the case will be removed from the court docket. That means he would not have to serve any jail time as long as he follows all the requirements attached to the agreement.
