During Oongka’s Unfamiliar Workshop quest, you will be required to inspect and operate the broken device. With the objective “Operate the Power Regulator to Restore Function“, you might not know what this actually means or how to do it. Luckily, you can view the quick guide below to instantly see the Oongka puzzle solution so you can move on to the next section of the quest.
How to Fix the Broken Device in Crimson Desert
Hold L1 to look at the Power Regulator, and you can then press Square to “Operate”.
Once you’re facing the Power Regulator’s many buttons, follow the image above, as you will need to press the buttons in the exact order shown. This order is as follows:
- 1st Button: row 2, column 1.
- 2nd Button: row 1, column 3
- 3rd Button: row 2, column 3
- 4th Button: row 1, column 4
- 5th Button: row 1, column 5
After interacting with the buttons in the sequence shown above, the Power Regulator will be fixed, and a cutscene will immediately begin to play. This will resolve this puzzle, but there’s still more to come for Oongka’s chapter, and we’ll have guides for those too.
