Perez Hilton Is Reportedly Alive Following the Alleged Self-Harm Incident on TikTok Live

Following an alleged self-harm incident on a TikTok livestream, Perez Hilton is reportedly alive and receiving medical attention.

American media personality Perez Hilton is reportedly alive following an alleged self-harm incident on his livestream on TikTok on August 4, 2026. Following the alleged self-harm incident, Hilton was rushed to a hospital by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, according to a report from  NBC News. 

As per a statement by the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, they received reports that someone was streaming “acts of self-harm” and responded to the reports. They arrived at the location, “safely recovered” the individual, and only later confirmed that the individual was Perez Hilton. Hilton is currently receiving medical attention.

Perez Hilton Was Allegedly Streaming Acts of Self-Harm

According to NBC News, Perez Hilton was streaming on TikTok and was reportedly covered in blood, holding a knife with cuts around his arms. As his viewers watched the act unfold, they pleaded with him to stop and asked for his phone number so they could inform the authorities. The video of the incident has since been taken down by TikTok.

Golden Artists Entertainment, the talent management firm representing Hilton, also issued a statement following the incident. Co-CEOs Dante Rusciolelli and Rebekah Kochan said they were aware of the “concerning content” circulating online and that their primary concern was Hilton’s health and well-being.
