All For One is the most heinous criminal in the world of My Hero Academia, and he is the mastermind of every bad thing going on in the story. As described by many others in the past, All For One is evil incarnate and has managed to pull the strings from the shadows for years. The majority of the crimes taking place in the world of My Hero Academia are solely down to him and, as such, his threat is far bigger than anyone in the entire story. At the beginning of My Hero Academia, All For One is revealed to have been dealt with by All Might; however, not killed.
This allowed him to plan for his restoration to power, and near the end, he accomplished that, albeit temporarily. In the Final War arc, All For One was able to revert to his old form and temporarily turn back the clock on his body. He then retained his prime state and, as expected, got much stronger than ever before with powers that he didn’t have access to until his point
Superhuman Speed
Expectedly, with a younger body comes a ton of boosted physical attributes, and speed is certainly one of them. Speed plays a significant role in fights in My Hero Academia. For instance, All For One tracked the amount of time it took All Might to get to Kamino when the two fought, and he was able to deduce from it that the latter had grown significantly weaker than when they previously fought. In his fight against Endeavor, All For One was made to take some damage, and all this could have possibly been avoided had he been faster.
When he finally turned back the clock on his body and returned to his prime state, All For One was faster than ever before, and this could easily have made him the fastest character in My Hero Academia. While his speed remains unclear, it goes without saying that a character as strong as him ranks among the fastest.
Superhuman Strength
Another physical attribute of All For One that got boosted with him returning to his prime is his power. All For One possessed a significant amount of power, and this has already been demonstrated across his many fights in the story. To start with, he has murdered nearly every other vestige of One For All, and in his fight against All Might, he proved to be strong enough to deal him a significant injury.
In their fight in Kamino, All For One once again displayed his tremendous strength and power when the two clashed, and this attribute of his was boosted to an entirely new degree in the Final arc. In his prime body, All For One was strong enough to lethally wound All Might in his prime, and at the end of the story, this strength of his finally returned.
Ability To Store More Quirks
The greatest attribute that All For One possessed was his Quirk, which also goes by the name of All For One. This Quirk allowed him to steal and stockpile Quirks in his body and use them to his benefit. He could also distribute them among people, making him a God of Quirks of sorts. This power of his was severely limited due to his physical condition after being wounded by All Might. All For One was only able to store a limited amount of Quirks in his body until the end.
However, when he returned to his prime state, the number of Quirks that he could store inside him was increased. This means that All For One became far more dangerous than ever before as he could make use of new and unique Quirk combinations that made him a menace to the Hero Society. Fans have already seen him combine various Quirks across as many fights in the story, and this power of his was taken to the extreme when he unleashed his ultimate movie vs Bakugo called Omni Factor Unleashed: All Forever One.
Ability To Use More Quirks
Along with the power to store more Quirks within his body, All For One was also able to use more Quirks at the same time now. This served as an incredible power-up for him. Until the last arc, All For One was seen making use of several Quirks at the same time to try different combinations, and they made him extremely versatile in combat.
Whether it was the ability to augment his muscles or increase the amount of kinetic energy that he released, All For One could mix and match several Quirks and give rise to new powers. His previous combinations were so great that even All Might struggled to deal with them.
After attaining his prime state, his power was boosted to a level that fans had never seen in the story before. All For One could activate even more Quirks at the same time, making his combinations even deadlier. Fans only got a glimpse of this ability near the end when he fought Bakugo. Even All Might believed this move would’ve crushed him, and had Bakugo not struck preemptively, he would’ve died. Undoubtedly, this became one of All For One’s greatest moves at the end.
Better Quirk Control
Apart from all the augmentations that his physical body and his Quirk received, thanks to his body returning to its prime state, All For One also became a better user of his powers. Being in his prime body allowed him to control his powers better. It goes without saying that in his prime, All For One was faster, stronger, more durable, and more agile than ever before. Consequently, he knew that his body was capable of a lot more, which in turn allowed him to use his Quirk in ways that he couldn’t even have imagined before.
All For One’s aging body was rusty and didn’t let him exercise the power of All For One to the fullest. Whatever control he once had over this Quirk would surely have waned over time. The fact that he was still such a menace only goes to show how dangerous he truly is. However, after his prime body returned, his control over his Quirk was restored to what it once was during his prime days. This made him strong enough to surpass every limit of Quirks and become a true God of the ability.
Shigaraki’s Body
At the end of My Hero Academia, All for One successfully took over the body of Shigaraki Tomura and controlled his psyche. He was also able to fully control his Quirk and thus, with its power, potentially go on to destroy the entirety of Japan in a matter of seconds. This became one of All for One’s greatest power-ups and what he had been working towards all along.
Unfortunately for him, Izuku Midoriya was there to stop him in his tracks and ended up destroying him once and for all. Regardless, it was still quite scary to see him wield such immense powers, and had it not been for the Heroes, he would have been dominating the whole world currently.
