Learn how to complete the Yuji Mastery quest in Lineage Piece, including every requirement and how to unlock the R ability.

To unlock Yuji’s potential in Lineage Piece, you need to complete its full mastery. The mastery questline requires you to complete a few simple tasks and defeat the boss multiple times and rewards you with an ability that buffs your stats.
In this guide, we will tell you how to complete every step of the Yuji Mastery quest.
How To Start Yuji’s Mastery Quest in Lineage Piece

Head to the northeast side of Jujutsu High School Island and enter the running track. You’ll find the Yuji Mastery NPC under the tree. Interact with the NPC to start the questline.
Step 1: Deal 2M Damage With Yuji
The easiest way to complete this requirement is to fight a boss with a large amount of HP. Shinjuku Sukuna is a good option because he has 3,000,000 HP, allowing you to complete this step by defeating him.
Step 2: Use M1 450 Times
This one is straightforward. Simply spam your Left Mouse Button (M1) 450 times. You don’t need to hit an enemy for the requirement to count, so you can complete this step without fighting anything.
Step 3: Defeat Yuji 10 Times
For the final requirement, you need to summon and defeat the Yuji Boss 10 times. You can auto-summon the boss and defeat it until the requirement is complete. Equip your best traits and classes to increase your damage and make each fight faster.
Once you finish all three requirements, you will unlock Yuji’s R ability.
Yuji R Ability
The R ability gives you a 40% damage buff, making it a useful addition to Yuji’s moveset. Completing the Mastery quest fully unlocks the Spec’s moveset and lets you use Yuji at his full potential.
