Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 star Luke Dale is opening his very own medieval-inspired tavern in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic.
Dale played Hans Capon in both Kingdom Come: Deliverance games, a medieval RPG series set in 1400s Bohemia — now the Czech Republic. The actor has since moved to Prague, and recently discussed how he turned to Twitch streaming after not getting any acting offers.
In that same interview, he said his next big dream is to run a bar in Prague. Now, that dream is becoming a reality as he’s transforming an old basement venue into a medieval-inspired bar called ‘Nobleman,’ “a candlelit escape from the modern world.”
“Beneath the streets of Prague is a new Bohemian tavern inspired by the places the noblemen would gather, conspire, and socialize,” said Dale. “Not a theme bar, not a tourist attraction, but a local space where local people can have a really good beer, amazing food, and a bloody great time.”
Hans Capon actor’s medieval bar is a “love letter to Prague”
“Ever since I moved to Prague and ever since I’ve worked in Prague, I’ve just been so humbled and so appreciative of this country. And so for me, this project and creating this tavern is like a love letter to Prague,” he explained. “It’s a love letter to the Czech Republic and how much I love this city and this country and everything that it’s given me.”
The bar will serve a fusion of classic Czech and British food, with Dale saying he really wants a “great Sunday roast” on the menu.
While not a medieval-themed bar for tourists, it will have trinkets of shields and decorations that will remind you of that world.
“Because of all the work I’ve done in the Czech Republic has been so based around the medieval element of this country and the game that I was a part of, I will lean into the medieval element,” he explained.
The Nobleman bar, which is in the Vinohrady district of Prague, is set to open its doors on October 1, 2026. Dale will be documenting the process of getting it up and running on his YouTube channel, with the next video on the way.
You can sign up for the mailing list for “exclusive updates and offers.” More Kingdom Come: Deliverance games, as well as a movie, are officially on the way, so Nobleman sounds like the perfect place to have a pint while waiting for Warhorse’s next medieval adventure.
