How to Find the Forest Stage in Ocarina of Time (Remake)
To reach the Forest Stage, head back to Kokiri Forest and enter the Lost Woods. From the entrance, follow these directions: right, left, right, left, and left. Inside this room are two Business Dekus, but ignore them and head forward into the hole below.

As Child Link, grab either the Skull Mask or the Mask of Truth from the Happy Mask Shop in Hyrule Castle Town and head to the Forest Stage. With the mask equipped, you can stand on the stage to summon the Deku Scrubs. Their reaction and reward depend on what you’re wearing.
- Wearing the Skull Mask will reward you with the Deku Stick upgrade from the leader, allowing you to carry +20 in total.
- Wearing the Mask of Truth will reward you with the Deku Nut upgrade, allowing you to carry +30 in total.
You can come to the Forest Stage wearing the other masks from the Happy Mask Shop, but the reactions you get are random. The Deku Scrubs can retreat, attack, or give you rupees!
