Grand Theft Auto 6’s big Netflix Extended Look has finally happened, so here is everything that has been revealed.
Back on August 6, Rockstar Games finally broke their silence on all things GTA 6, confirming that fans would get an extended look at the game via Netflix. It seemed an unusual move at first, but plenty of fans tuned in to get a glimpse of the real thing following a raft of leaks.
The show, which lasted just under 30 minutes, has glimpses at a host of new cars, the wider state of Leonida, as well as some interesting details about how Jason and Lucia will evolve in the world around them.
Choose to spend three days on the run from police? Your character’s appearance will start to show that. You’ve got to hit the hay at times. You can also make things go viral on the in-game social media platform – just as fans have theorized since the first trailer.

Moreso, the Netflix reveal is almost half an hour of straight gameplay, starting out with Jason and Lucia taking part in a drug deal gone wrong, leading to them getting into a shootout – which appears to show a deadeye-like ability – after eventually picking up some drugs and evading the cops.
From there, the pair appear on a rooftop bar, talking business, with other clips of cutscenes and missions throughout GTA 6. There is plenty of chat about their relationship too.
They also act as a security detail for a character called Andres, with a business deal going south, the pair have to jump between different hairy scenarios to get out of there.
According to IGN’s preview, there are different ways to exit missions, and you may need money to continue the story on. Similar to Red Dead Redemption 2, you may pick up a clue from the open world that leads you to a new mission.
They also say that players will be “rewarded” for spending time in the open world rather than going from mission to mission right away.

One of the main gameplay features shown had already been confirmed by the Cyberleek clips. Jason and Lucia can be identified by their clothes, including showing up on security cameras, and also being shot back at by shop owners they’re trying to steal from.
Raul Bautista appears too, with the pair attacking as getaway drivers for him from a bank robbery. Again, a shootout occurs, with Jason flipping police cars by shooting out their tires.
In some clips, it confirms that players will be able to seamlessly switch between the two characters during missions depending on what is required of them.
IGN also confirmed that there is a new Focus system that will highlight things of interest to the player. This might be a collectible or an opportunity to open up a new mission path.
When it comes to stealing cars, some targets will require you to complete a mini-game – according to TGG_GTA. You can also become a ‘good criminal’ with the criminal profiling system by completing crimes in an efficient manner.
Additionally, five stars is no longer the highest wanted level. Yes, for GTA 6, we are now at six stars.

A number of activities were also shown off, again, confirming leaks from before. Jason is able to play basketball outside his house, while track races, street, and dirt bike races also play a role. There are also car meets too.
You can base jump from high points in the middle of Vice City, while kayaking, scuba diving, jumping into the sea, and fan boats also appear.
IGN also reports that playing pool is back, while mini-golf is a new addition. You will also be able to visit the zoo and learn about animals – again, just like Red Dead Redemption 2’s features.
Lucia was also shown at a gun range, with her time being kept as she shot at targets.

If you were not able to watch live on Netflix, then the full Extended Look at GTA 6 will be uploaded to YouTube anyway.
The Netflix Extended Look seemed in peril at one point following the raft of leaks from Cyberleek. Rockstar admitted that the leaks had been “heartbreaking” and “unfortunate,” but they’re still in the process of finishing the game ahead of the November 19 release date.
Both themselves and Take-Two have issued subpoenas against a number of social platforms in a bid to try to identify the leaker.
Cyberleek has apparently made out with more than $250,000 from the memecoin that was being sold around the leaks.
