While many of the Sprites this season are remarkably easy to find, others are definitely shaping up to be a challenge. This is the case with the Klombo Sprite, which is currently the rarest Sprite in the game. Here is how to get the Klombo Sprite in Fortnite, Cheat Master and other variants included.

The Klombo Sprite is the rarest Sprite in Fortnite, with a 0.0001% chance of dropping. Right now, the best way to get a Klombo Sprite is to simply trade for it, so be sure to find other players you know and exchange one of your Sprites for their Klombo Sprite. However, this relies on having a person who was already lucky enough to get it in the first place.
To find a Klombo Sprite organically, search Cheat Codes. While any Cheat Code Chest has a chance of dropping a Klombo Sprite, the Legendary Cheat Codes offer the highest probability. Here is every way to get the Klombo Sprite in Fortnite:
- Cheat Codes (Legendary offers the best chance but only spawn from Cheat Code Locators)
- Chests (incredibly low chance)
- A potential undiscovered Lobby Hack (Cheat Master Klombo Sprite only)
- Trading or stealing from other players
All of the above methods work for all variants, with the exception of a potential Lobby Hack for the Cheat Master Klombo Sprite, which will probably arrive towards the end of the season. Here is every variant of the Klombo Sprite you can find and how to get them:

Since the Klombo Sprite is so rare, be sure to reserve a Portable Extractor for it in the event that you find one. It may not happen again.
What Does the Klombo Sprite Do in Fortnite?

The Klombo Sprite functions similarly to the Dream Sprite from last season, with a unique twist. The Klombo Sprite grants a random item every time it levels up, with the quality of the loot increasing with each level. The only catch here is that the Klombo Sprite can only be leveled up by using consumables. The Klombo also automatically extracts once it reaches level 5.
How to Level Up the Klombo Sprite Fast in Fortnite

To level up a Klombo Sprite, you will need to use consumable items. However, for the most part, only healing items that your character can eat or drink seem to work. Items that work on the Klombo Sprite include Shield Potions, Chug Jugs, and any item found in Grocery Boxes. Med-Kits and Bandages do not seem to level up the Klombo Sprite.
Camp Fires and Slurp Barrels can also be used but only some of the time, with consuming other items prior seeming to be the trick to get them to work. This means that leveling up the Sprites this way could potentially be a bug. The amount of XP you receive per item will also depend on the amount of health or shield you restore, so be sure to be low on health before using an item to get the most XP.
For me, the best method was to stock up on Floppers or Slurp Fish in the storm, wait till my health reached below 50, and then use the item for a flat 80 XP, before rinsing and repeating. A single Small Shield Potion is also good for a flat 50 XP, and Chug Jugs and Shield Potions give you 5 XP per second.
Unfortunately, no matter what items you use, getting Klombo to max level does take a while. In this case, the best time to level him up would be during Cheat Code Days.
