Swedish streamer itsLander was left with a bloody face after a stranger ran into him during a live stream.

Swedish Twitch streamer itsLander was left with a cut on his chin after an unexpected collision with a passerby during a livestream in Italy.
On August 18, 2026, itsLander was livestreaming from Italy when the incident happened while he was trying to cross a road. As he approached the crossing, a double-decker bus came dangerously close to the footpath, forcing him to pause:
“Mamma Mia, that was close. The bus almost took out my phone.”
After the bus passed, the streamer checked both sides of the road before deciding to cross. However, as he started walking, a person wearing a black T-shirt suddenly approached and bumped into him. The two did not exchange any words after the collision. The passerby continued on his way, while itsLander also kept walking across the road.
It was only after the collision that the streamer appeared to realize how badly he had been hurt. During the livestream, he continued showing viewers the cut on his chin:
“Holy s***. This guy just ran into me. What are people doing?

The incident quickly caught attention after clips from the livestream began circulating on social media.
“OOF when he went to double check it you can see just how deep/wide it is… thats… hospital worthy for some stitches,” Reddit user u/MrMansaMusa wrote.
“Guys its a GAPER. This needs stitches right?” Reddit user u/yeenevalose wrote.
“Bro took a tooth to the chin,” Reddit user u/farded_n_shidded wrote.
“D*** took that hit like a champ made the guy fly too,” Reddit user u/Uselessduck0 commented.
itsLander Gave an Update Regarding His Injury
Swedish Twitch streamer itsLander gave his viewers an update on his injury after returning to his hotel.
After getting back to his hotel, the streamer decided to go live again to tell his audience how he was doing. However, he initially struggled to get the stream running because the hotel Wi-Fi was slow.
Instead of waiting for the connection to improve, itssLander switched to his phone’s internet and continued the livestream. During the broadcast, he informed viewers that he had visited a doctor after the injury and that the doctor did not give him stitches for the cut on his chin:
“I am home. At the hotel. And the doctor decided not to do stitches. So I got really painfully burning glue. And they put a bunch of this tape on, too. Yup, there’s blue glue. I got Betadine, which is like a soy-looking liquid. I got a bracelet.”
He then gave viewers a closer look at how he was dealing with the injury inside his hotel room. The bathroom appeared to have turned into a makeshift treatment area, with bandages, ointments, and different medicines spread around.
