Kick streamer DeenTheGreat found himself at the center of controversy after appearing to threaten to assault a woman during a livestream on September 5, 2026. The incident happened while the streamer was broadcasting from downstairs, where several people, including boxer Adrien Broner, were present.
DeenTheGreat began his Kick stream by playing games. However, he soon appeared to lose interest in gaming and stopped before heading downstairs. The stream then shifted from gaming to a more casual setting, with Deen interacting with the people around him.

During the same September 5, 2026, stream, DeenTheGreat appeared to become increasingly angry with the woman as the situation continued. What had started as a casual interaction downstairs escalated after the woman jokingly placed her hand on his face, appearing to imitate a slap.
