Hasan Piker appeared to lose patience with his own chat during a recent Twitch stream after viewers accused him of having an issue with white men.
On August 18, 2026, Piker was doing his usual daily livestream on Twitch while going through posts on X. During the stream, he was discussing U.S. politics and praising the Democratic Party.
At one point, Piker also spoke about former President Barack Obama and said he wanted to see Obama back as president of the United States:

As the political discussion continued, some viewers in his chat began criticizing him over his views on white men. Several fans claimed that Piker seemed to dislike every white guy.
The comments appeared to frustrate Piker. After dealing with criticism from his own viewers, the Twitch streamer bluntly said that he hates his job:
“We treat every white man as if they are a p********? No, of course not. That’s not how anything works. We don’t just automatically assume that every white guy is Jeffrey Epstein. Right? Hasan Piker Wished He Was Gay
On August 16, 2026, Hasan Piker was once again doing his usual stream and interacting with viewers while going through content online. During the broadcast, one viewer directly asked Piker whether he was gay.
Piker responded by saying that he wished he were gay:
“Because God has cursed me. God has cursed me with heterosexuality. I am forever cursed. It is what it is. Okay… in any case, it’s truly a curse. I disavow it every day. You know it is what it is.”
