On September 22, 2026, X user @Awk20000 shared a two-minute-29-second video from Piker’s livestream that same day. In it, the content creator commented on the alleged Susan Collins bribery scheme, calling it “America’s perfect circle moment.”
According to Hasan Piker, the “Turkification of America is full circle.”
He explained:
“As a Turk, the Turkification of America is full circle. Down to the ******* bribery scandal that Susan Collins is caught in. Down to the state media. Down to Donald Trump’s, you know, hand-selected billionaire network purchasing, and consolidating all of the media platforms. We are literally a third-world country. Okay? Straight up! This is, you know, Trump is your Erdogan.’ There are Russians in the chat that will say, “This is Vladimir Putin.’ America is a third-world nation. Down to the massive security leaks taking place at the FBI.”
The 35-year-old then stated that America is on an “interesting trajectory” of becoming the “world’s first fourth-world nation”:
“We are the most third-world coded third-world country with a Gucci belt nation of all time. We will talk about how America is on a very interesting trajectory to perhaps be the world’s first fourth-world nation. Perhaps maybe even a fifth-world nation.”
