Twitch streamer HMBL Zayy’s motorhome has been destroyed in a highway crash just over a week after he completed a 3,000-mile charity walk across the United States.
Zayy finished his journey from Philadelphia to California on July 27 after spending 124 days on the road. The streamer broadcast nearly every step of the challenge and raised close to $200,000 toward his goal of opening a trade school.
However, the motorhome that supported Zayy throughout the trip was totaled while being driven back to Philadelphia, according to TMZ.

The crash happened in California on Tuesday, just hours after Zayy’s friend Deejay began driving the Chevrolet motorhome back to the East Coast.
The California Highway Patrol said the vehicle was traveling east on Interstate 10 when it struck the back of a semi-truck. Deejay then lost control and entered the dirt center median, where the motorhome came to a stop.
Deejay suffered minor injuries and was treated at John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital in Indio. Zayy told TMZ that his friend has since been discharged.
Zayy was flying home when the crash happened and was not injured. However, his dog Milo escaped during the wreck and remains missing.
The Twitch star is now driving across the country to learn more about the condition of the vehicle and search for Milo. The dog had accompanied Zayy and Deejay throughout the cross-country walk.
The wreck is the latest major setback Zayy has faced during the project. On Day 33 of the challenge, the Twitch streamer was struck by a car while walking through Indiana and taken to hospital.

Despite the destroyed motorhome and Milo’s disappearance, Zayy says he has no intention of abandoning his plan to open the school.
