United States Senator Bernie Sanders shared his honest reaction to a leaked video about Donald Trump’s influence over Mike Rogers.
United States Senator Bernie Sanders took to social media and shared his thoughts about Mike Rogers and President Donald Trump. On his personal X account, the senator reposted an alleged leaked video of former FBI agent Mike Rogers addressing a crowd. In the video, Rogers admitted he only ran for the Senate because the president asked him to. The admission sparked a reaction from the senator, and he expressed his frustration.
“When Trump says, “Jump!” Mike Rogers says, “How high?” We cannot allow Republicans to continue to control the Senate and rubber-stamp Trump’s disastrous policies. STOP TRUMP. VOTE ABDUL EL-SAYED.”
There is no denying that the senator is against the president and his decisions. The leaked video fuels his belief that Republicans are doing everything in their power to control the Senate and enforce more of Trump’s policies.

Bernie Sanders Reacts to a Leaked Video About Mike Rogers Running for Senate
In his post, Bernie Sanders highlighted Mike Rogers’ loyalty to President Trump and the Republican Party. The senator encouraged his followers to put an end to this by not supporting Rogers. He suggested voting for other candidates, such as Abdul El-Sayed. This isn’t the first time the senator was seen publicly combating the Republican Party, especially after he called out SpaceX CEO Elon Musk for spending $366 million.
He mentioned that the tech mogul once spent a fortune to elect the current president, which paid off. Bernie Sanders mentioned that ever since Trump was in office, Musk became the first trillionaire in the world. The senator wants to put an end to the oligarchy and fend off the Republican Party to gain overall control of the Senate.
