Popular TikToker Whitney Lynn was deplaned from an Alaska Airlines plane on July 30 after she stood up and prayed on a delayed flight. Now, the TikToker has been banned from the airline for the “foreseeable future,” according to a report from PEOPLE.
A spokesperson for Alaska Airlines said Lynn’s behavior affected both the crew and the passengers on the plane, which then led to her removal for “safety reasons.”:
“Our flight crew became increasingly concerned about a guest’s behavior on board the aircraft, which was also affecting other guests… The passenger was asked to deplane the aircraft for safety reasons.”

The incident occurred on July 30, when Lynn was aboard a delayed Alaska Airlines flight. Turning her camera on, the TikToker suddenly stood up and called out to the passengers. She told them that the delay was a display of God’s perfect timing, and claimed that he was maybe sparing them all from danger:
It’s kind of frustrating, right, this wait. But I want to tell you, God’s timing is perfect, and God knows everything, and maybe he’s sparing us from danger today. So, I want you to rest and know that Jesus Christ loves you so much that he died on a cross for your sins. He rose again in three days. He’s alive, and he’s the one true God. But the wages of our sin is death. Hell forever.”
As her prayer continued and she preached her message, Lynn was asked to pack up her stuff. She was then promptly removed from the flight. The TikToker later shared a video of her prayer, noting it was one of her “softest messages”:
“This wasn’t a harsh message at all. In fact, it’s probably one of the softest messages I’ve ever shared. That’s why I was so shocked.”
