Rani Netz, better known as StableRonaldo, called fellow streamer Lacy after his knee surgery and pulled a prank on him. Lacy underwent a 6-hour surgery, and his friend immediately called after hearing he was in recovery. The two friends spoke over the phone, and their hilarious conversation was all on stream on August 5, 2026.
“Ron’s calling? Let me call Ron. I want to talk to Ron; I love Ron so much!”
The streaming pair are close friends, and StableRonaldo decided to prank him by claiming Lacy had been in a coma for 3 years. Lacy was still reeling from the effects of some residual anesthesia and was a little out of it during the conversation, which made Ron’s prank much more believable on his end.

StableRonaldo Pranks Fellow Streamer Over the Phone Following a 6-Hour Surgery
Lacy, whose real name is Nicholas Fosco, underwent corrective surgery following his torn ACL from playing basketball at the Core House. Despite the difficult situation, the streamer still attended Streamer University. However, some students failed to realize the severity of his condition and even made it worse by tugging his injured leg. After his stay on campus, Lacy finally got the surgery he needed for his knee.
After the surgery, StableRonaldo wanted to check in on his friend but also poked fun at his condition since he was still somewhat ‘doozy.’ During the phone call, his friend told him he was in a coma for 3 years, and it is already 2029.
“Hey, Nicholas, it’s me, Ron. I just wanna say it’s been 3 years, man.”
The prank worked since Lacy paused to process what his friend said. Lacy then asked about everything he missed during his fake coma.
“3 years? I was in a coma? What did I miss?”
StableRonaldo listed events, such as the release of GTA 6 and Clix winning FNCS (Fortnite Championship Series). Lacy started laughing and said goodbye to his friend before ending the call.
