Nami is the navigator of the Straw Hat Pirates and one of the most iconic female characters in One Piece. Most fans consider Nami weak because she lacks a Devil Fruit and Haki, and it doesn’t help that she can be a bit of a coward. That said, she has become much stronger in recent arcs and could now beat some notable female characters from other anime series.
Nami is skilled with a bo staff, and her Clima-Tact allows her to perform weather-based attacks. She primarily uses lightning strikes, which are powerful enough to defeat multiple opponents at once. She now controls Zeus, a thundercloud Homie that deals fatal lightning strikes. With these skills, Nami could beat many female anime characters with a single attack.
Videl From Dragon Ball Is a Strong Martial Artist, but Her Body Couldn’t Withstand Nami’s Art of Weather Fighting Style
Videl is Hercule’s daughter, but unlike her father, she is capable of flight and generating Ki to some degree. She is not an active fighter anymore, but based on her previous martial arts training, she is one of the strongest female earthlings in Dragon Ball. Videl can shoot minor Ki blasts, but she cannot control them properly, so they would not be much of a threat to Nami.
Videl can be critically injured or killed by bullets, which means Nami could hurt her with simple bo staff attacks. Videl is a threat at close range, but Nami could choose to run away from Videl and let Zeus zap her with lightning bolts. She could also confuse Videl by creating mirages with her Clima-Tact, and she could then use Thunderbolt Tempo to shock Videl unconscious.
Tatsuki Arisawa From Bleach Would Be Defeated by Nami’s Mirages and Lightning Attacks
Tatsuki did not get much screen time in Bleach despite being one of Ichigo’s childhood friends. She can see Hollows and other spiritual beings who would normally be invisible to humans, and her spiritual energy is high enough to resist an Espada’s soul-draining technique. Thanks to years of karate training, Tatsuki is an expert in hand-to-hand fighting as well.
In a normal one-on-one fight, Tatsuki would likely knock Nami out with a couple of punches, but her Art of Weather fighting style gives her an advantage. Tatsuki could dodge Nami’s bo staff attacks, but she wouldn’t be able to hit Nami if she creates illusions with her Clima-Tact. While Tatsuki is distracted, Nami could hit her with Thunder Lance Tempo, a close-range lightning-based attack that can seriously damage a Pacifista, whose body is as durable as steel.
Misty From Pokemon Would See Her Pokemon Countered by the Clima-Tact
Not only is Misty an iconic Pokemon character, but she is also one of the franchise’s strongest Water-type Pokemon trainers. Misty does not do any actual fighting, and in terms of physical abilities, she is an ordinary human with standard durability. Nami might be comically weak in One Piece, but she would be strong enough to knock Misty out with a single blow from her staff.
Misty’s Pokemon can use various water-based attacks, but they are extremely vulnerable to electrical attacks. Nami could realistically use their water and bubbles for her own techniques, or Zeus could just tank them. Nami could simply use her Clima-Tact’s Thunderbolt Tempo attack to knock out all of Misty’s Pokemon in one hit before doing the same to Misty.
Chelsea From Akame Ga Kill! Might Be an Assassin, but Her Body Couldn’t Stand Up Against Nami’s Attacks
In Akame Ga Kill!, Night Raid was a covert branch of the Revolutionary Army that specialized in assassinations and reconnaissance. Chelsea was part of Night Raid, and she wielded Gaea Foundation, an Imperial Arms that allowed her to assume the appearance of another living thing. She may not look intimidating, but Chelsea was a skilled assassin who could eliminate most targets in silence.
Kalifa from One Piece is a highly skilled Cipher Pol assassin, and pre-timeskip Nami defeated her. As lethal as Chelsea is, she is nowhere near as durable as Kalifa. In fact, a single lightning strike from Zeus would likely stop her heart on the spot. As long as Nami could successfully trick Chelsea with a mirage, her Clima-Tact’s electrical strikes would do the rest.
Tsuyu Asui From My Hero Academia Would Get Fried if Nami Summons Zeus
Tsuyu may not look imposing, but she was one of Class 1-A’s strongest students, and she goes on to become one of My Hero Academia‘s top Pro Heroes. Thanks to the Frog Quirk, Tsuyu possesses a frog’s physiology and can do anything a frog can do. As a result, she can extend her tongue, hop long distances, stick to walls, and secrete mucus that can induce itching or paralysis.
Tsuyu typically uses her tongue to grab people, and when used on opponents, she can restrain them and slam them into the ground or a wall. Pre-timeskip Nami would lose to Tsuyu, but the current Nami is on another level because of Zeus, whom she can summon at any time by calling his name. Zeus is basically a miniature natural disaster, and a single attack from him would be enough to fry Tsuyu.

Tenten From Naruto Might Be a Weapon Specialist, but Nami Could Beat Her With Her Advanced Clima-Tact
As far as most Naruto fans are concerned, Tenten is one of the most underwhelming Konoha 11 members, which is unfortunate because when it comes to ninja tools, she is a master. Tenten can use virtually any type of kunai or bladed weapon in battle, and she even used a weapon that belonged to the legendary Sage of Six Paths. She can overwhelm opponents with her ninja scrolls, which can fire dozens of projectiles at high speeds.
Temari proved that powerful wind gusts can knock away all of Tenten’s projectiles, and Nami could do the same thing with her Clima-Tact’s Gust Sword technique, or she could use Tornado Tempo to repel the weapons and injure Tenten. Any type of fire or lightning attack should be able to take Tenten down afterwards, since her durability is low.
Kagome Higurashi From Inuyasha Would Just Be an Ordinary Human Archer if She Fought Nami
Kagome is the main heroine of Inuyasha. When the series begins, she is just an ordinary high school student, but she goes on to become one of the Feudal Era’s strongest priestesses. Kagome is a skilled archer, and her sacred arrows are powerful enough to purify or outright destroy most demons. She can also reflect an opponent’s spiritual power back at them using her own power.
Nami is not a demon, which means Kagome’s sacred arrows would be nothing more than ordinary arrows. Zeus possesses a fragment of Big Mom’s human soul, which means he would not be affected by Kagome’s anti-demon arrows. Nami could easily repel Kagome’s arrows with her Clima-Tact’s wind-based techniques. She could take Kagome out with a lightning strike, but a well-placed blow to the head from her staff would also do the trick.
Riza Hawkeye was the first lieutenant in the Amestrian State Military and served as Roy Mustang’s bodyguard. She could not use alchemy, and her physical abilities were those of an average human, but she was arguably the most skilled marksman in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. Thanks to her marksmanship, she could fend off a Homunculus, which is basically an immortal monster.
Under normal circumstances, Riza could shoot Nami from afar or use her pistols to take Nami down. This makes Riza a very difficult opponent, but Nami could use clouds to obscure Riza’s vision and mirages to distract her. Zeus could take Riza out in one hit if she uses her pistols, but if she is shooting from range, he would need to find her first.
