Kai Cenat unveils $550 luxury streamer backpack as part of his Vivet debut line

Kai Cenat has revealed a luxury streamer backpack as part of his Vivet fashion collection, a $550 designer shell built to fit the broadcasting gear IRL streamers carry on their backs.

The backpack debuted on the runway during Cenat’s New York Fashion Week show, broadcast live on his stream and attended by a who’s who of the streaming world, from AMP and the CORE boys to Streamer University alumni.

Cenat explained the thinking behind it on the New York Times Popcast, where he said it was one of the first items he sketched when he started designing the brand.

Cenat wanted the cameraman to “look fly”

The backpack is designed as a replacement shell for the TVU One, the cellular bonding backpack IRL streamers use to keep a stable video feed while broadcasting outdoors.

“I had that idea the first month of me making the clothes,” Cenat said. “That was like one of my first items that I had drawn in my journal. I really want this to be a statement piece.”

He said the goal was to bridge fashion and streaming in a way nobody expected. “When everybody see it, they’re gonna be like, ‘Whoa, he’s connected something from his world and plugged it into our world.’

Vivet is selling two versions. The functional streaming model holds the full broadcasting setup, while a standard everyday version, priced at $995, keeps the same silhouette for carrying small personal items.

Several big names have already picked one up, with JasonTheWeen, Lacy, DDG, Mister Arther and Kanel Joseph all confirming purchases on X.
