The twin brother of the late Carla Jeffery shared a screenshot of the final text message he sent to his sister on social media.
Disney Channel star Carla Jeffery has passed away at 33 years old. Her twin brother, Carlon Jeffery, posted a touching tribute. On September 1, 2026, Carlon shared a screenshot of his final text message to his sister through Instagram stories. The text message was full of love and words of encouragement.
“Hey Sis Call me back when you get this..I was just calling to see how your day went! I love you to the moon & back sis, I just want you to know how proud I am of you. Your resilience, your grace, your infectious smile that lights up a room. You are truly a light that shines bright. Don’t let anyone ..dim that light .. even yourself. The light you carry is special and must be protected at all times. You are the best sister a brother could ask for. I pray we continue to grow closer to one another along this journey. I got your back in this life and the next,”
He added that he was very proud of her achievements and appreciated her warmth. While the cause of death has not been revealed, all of the late actress’s friends and colleagues are grieving her loss.

In honor of Carla’s memory, Alexanders Talent Management, her management company, confirmed her passing in an Instagram post. Throughout the actress’s career, her talent agency witnessed her growth from when she was 12 years old. Carla Jeffery played Bree, one of the central supporting characters in Disney’s Zombies, and reprised her role in several sequels and lent her voice in the animated spinoff show.
