Zachariah Hoyt, better known as Asmongold on various streaming platforms, doubles down on his opinion that got him on Twitch’s bad side. In a recent 37-second clip shared by X user @AustisticClip, the streamer said, “I apologize for nothing.” Rather than retracting his comments, he is adamant about protecting borders from immigrants, even if it means shooting children on sight.

“I think that there are definitely criticisms people have of me that are valid, where I probably do dial it up a bit too much.”

The streamer acknowledges his flaws and could see where his critics are coming from, but he has no reservations about his opinions.

After Twitch prohibited Asmongold from streaming on the platform, other high-profile figures, such as Elon Musk, talked about the platform’s double standards. The streamer shows no signs of regret and doubled down on what he said about protecting borders.

“I want to let you know I apologize for nothing. I meant exactly what I said.”

Asmongold believes it is best to use lethal force to keep immigrants away from entering their country.

“I think these borders should be defended with lethal force whenever it’s being invaded by 40 to 60 thousand people at the same time.

The streamer pointed out that this is to protect the people from outsiders. He also urges the government to reconsider granting asylum to immigrants who could potentially cause harm within.

“That’s an incredibly dangerous thing for all the people that live in that country, and I don’t think the government has an obligation to allow a bunch of invaders to pour over and potentially kill their own citizens.”

The statements of Asmongold come from a place of concern that may not translate well for others.

“I find this to just be horrible, and, ultimately, it should be stopped.”
