Rise and Sing increases Robin SP’s max HP, which is the stat she needs the most. She also recovers 1 Skill Point for the team after she uses her Ultimate.

The game-changer lies in the second half of the weapon’s passive. First, it’s basically a free Sprightly Vonwacq, so you can opt for a more useful Planar Ornament. Second, the 20% SPD buff “only” lasts for 2 turns, but if you manage to put Robin in her Fever state before the 2 turns end, then ensure she never exits her Fever state, the 20% SPD buff can be permanent, as she will never enter her turn again.

Although this Light Cone is more offensive, Robin can still benefit from most of its passive, unlike weapons such as Make Farewells More Beautiful (Castorice’s best Light Cone in HSR).

To Evernight’s Stars boosts Robin SP’s HP, and allows all ally memosprites to ignore 20% of the target’s DEF.

When her memosprite disappears, Robin will regain 8 Energy, but generally speaking, you don’t want Robin to ever exit her Fever state.

This F2P Light Cone is great for supportive Remembrance characters like Robin Summeretto. It increases her SPD and the DMG dealt by all allies. There are no fancy requirements to meet. However, the DMG buff only lasts for 3 turns, and since you don’t want Robin to exit her Fever state, she can’t refresh this buff.

Since Robin Summeretto is a support who needs SPD and benefits from HP, you can give her practically any Light Cone that boosts SPD or HP if you don’t have the top 3 choices. This includes Light Cones like: This Love, Forever; Long May Rainbows Adorn the Sky; Make Farewells More Beautiful; Time Woven Into Gold; and The Story’s Next Page.

World-Remaking Deliverer increases Robin’s HP and the DMG dealt by all allies by 15%. This effect is basically everlasting since Robin won’t use her Basic ATK or Skill after entering her Fever state.

Even though Robin Summeretto can’t use her Skill in the Fever state, she can still use her Ultimate on one ally target, giving that ally 18% Crit DMG for 2 turns. This effect is far less impressive than World-Remaking Deliverer, but it’s a decent temporary option.

If you want to stack more SPD, then Messenger Traversing Hackerspace is the go-to. The effect only lasts for 1 turn and can’t stack, though, so keep that in mind.

You can also use SPD or HP Relic sets, like 2pc Warrior Goddess of Sun and Thunder + 2pc Diviner of Distant Reach or 2pc Longevous Disciple.

“Summer Songbirds” will keep a tally of 100% of the non-True DMG dealt by ally targets. When using the Memosprite Skill, additionally deals True DMG to the enemy target with the highest HP, equal to (11% of the total tally + current Vibes × 0.1%). Then, clears 50% of the tally.

Ally targets’ All-Type RES PEN increases by 18%. The upper limit of Robin • Summeretto’s Vibes increases by 20. The first time an ally target uses an ability during any target’s turn to cause Robin • Summeretto to gain Vibes, she gains an additional 2 points.

Upon entering the “Fever” state, immediately gains 12 Vibes, and increases the SPD of “Summer Songbirds” by an amount equal to (20% + current Vibes × 0.5%).

High

Increases the Memosprite Skill’s DMG multiplier by 100% of its original value. While in the “Fever” state, Robin • Summeretto can store her Ultimate up to 2 times. After entering the “Fever” state for the first time in this battle or when the “Fever” countdown’s turn starts, regenerates a fixed amount of 140 Energy.
