A new Counter-Strike 2 community map tasks players with rescuing GTA 6 leaker Cyberleek from a mansion supposedly belonging to Rockstar Games.
The custom map, titled The Vice Heist, was uploaded to the Steam Workshop on October 17 by creators lmtlss and leander, turning the ongoing GTA 6 leak controversy into a hostage rescue mission.
Its description gets straight to the point: “Save Cyberleek from the Rockstar mansion!” and the map has already attracted more than 45,000 subscribers on Steam.
CS2 players can rescue GTA 6 leaker Cyberleek
Available through the Steam Workshop, The Vice Heist puts a GTA 6-inspired spin on Counter-Strike 2, with Cyberleek taking the role of the hostage players must rescue.
The premise is a reference to the anonymous leaker who began releasing apparent GTA 6 gameplay footage in August 2026, sharing clips and other material from Rockstar’s highly anticipated game.
Cyberleek has since continued releasing footage and making demands of Rockstar and parent company Take-Two Interactive, including calls for physical copies of GTA 6.
The leaker’s identity remains unknown, although Take-Two has reportedly pursued legal action to identify those responsible for distributing the footage.
Now, rather than waiting to see what happens to Cyberleek in real life, CS2 players can attempt to save the leaker themselves.
The community creation has received a positive response from players, with one commenting, “The Cyberleek hostage is 10/10.”
Another simply wrote, “This is epic. Free Cyberleek!”
One player even compared the experience to Counter-Strike: Condition Zero’s single-player missions, calling for the creators to release more maps in the future.
