Shallet Is The Ultimate Super Saiyan God
A God-Tier Fusion That Rivals Anything Achieved By Goku And Vegeta

Since 2018, Dragon Ball Legends has been telling a pretty complicated story revolving around two ancient Saiyan twins: Shallot and Giblet. You play as the former, with the latter initially being manipulated by the mobile game’s antagonist. During Part 13, the twins find themselves on the verge of death at the hands of Goku Black and Future Zamasu, causing them to put their blood feud aside and perform the fusion dance.
The result is Shallet, a fusion so absurdly powerful that its base form is Super Saiyan God. Shallot and Giblet’s lineage connects them directly to the original Saiyans who created the God ritual, and this fusion allows them to tap into their ancestry. Also, they are twins, so they are perfect candidates for a fusion.
Shallet dismantles Goku Black and Future Zamasu. He moves so fast that the two villains cannot even perceive him, and they are both gods. He shrugs off energy blasts, catches god-blade attacks, and sends the duo flying into orbit. Although nowhere near as strong as the figures we are about to talk about, Shallet acts as the base level for a god-tier character.

Aeos Is An Actual God

Most Dragon Ball god-tier characters start as mortals or sorcerers and acquire divine (or demonic) energy, but Aeos was born a deity, serving as the original Supreme Kai of Time.
The Supreme Kai of Time is a non-canon concept introduced in Dragon Ball Online and expanded in Xenoverse and Heroes. The canon anime doesn’t have a temporal god, although the Angels can rewind time by a few minutes.
If you’ve played any of the mobile Dragon Ball games, Dragon Ball Online, or Xenoverse, you know the importance of the Time Patrol, an organization that ensures the preservation of history. They are basically Dr. Who with battle shonen powers. Chronoa is the current Supreme Kai of Time and features relatively prominently in the storylines; however, Aeos predates her by a long time, and she isn’t afraid to wield her influence.
Unlike Shallet, who temporarily achieves god-level power, Aeos represents true divine authority on a bureaucratic cosmic scale. She manipulates and even erases timelines using a pocket watch and scrolls, changing or deleting history as she desires. Combat-wise, she holds her own against Ultra Instinct Goku, which is no easy feat.

Along with creating the Supreme Kai of Time role, Super Dragon Ball Heroes also birthed the idea of “Demon Gods,” a transformation that allows the likes of Towa and Mira to keep up with canon forms like Super Saiyan Blue. As the ancient Dark King who was even a contender for the Supreme Kai of Time position, Mechikabura is the ultimate source and creator of Demon God Ki, and he is the reason that other demons manage to obtain their transformations.
Right out of the gate, it should be clarified that Mechikabura is a god, similar to Aeos and Chorona. He is an immortal being who regenerates at an absurd rate, making him impossible to kill. He overpowers the Time Patrol with relative ease and withstands attacks from the absurdly powerful Super Saiyan 4 Xeno Vegito. He even creates a black hole that swallows the multiverse’s history.

If you played Dragon Ball Xenoverse, you might remember Demon God Demigra as a big-bad wizard who presents a respectable challenge for early Dragon Ball Super-era characters. However, that isn’t his final form. Demigra not only returns in Super Dragon Ball Heroes, but also steals Mechikabura’s power to become the new Dark King. Also, he essentially has the Supreme Kai of Time’s abilities.
At his apex, Dark King Demigra rewrites timelines, overpowers Aeos to a humiliating degree, and brushes off attacks from the strongest forms of Super Saiyan 4 and Super Saiyan Blue. In the Super Dragon Ball Heroes anime, defeating Demigra requires a combined attack from Super Saiyan Blue Kaio-ken Goku, the strongest form of Future Gohan, and Super Saiyan 3 Xeno Bardock.

Strange as it might seem to rank a non-deity in the top spot, Fu blows everyone out of the water. Created by Towa by fusing a bunch of fighters, Fu is about as unnatural as they come, and he relies on science to build up his resume. A master manipulator who guides Dragon Ball Heroes‘ events from the shadows, Fu gradually ascends to nonsense god-tier by absorbing Mechikabura’s power, the life force of all 12 universes, and a bird that is the embodiment and creator of time.
At his absolute peak, Dark King Fu can shape reality, and he even creates a universe with its own rules and space-time continuum. His power becomes so broken that a character called Hearts actively compares him to Zeno, the Omni-King. His defeat comes at the hands of the most overpowered version of Goku, a form that extends beyond god-tier and reaches Zeno-level.
