Kick streamer Clavicular is being charged with criminal counts that involve illegal substances and a minor.
Braden Eric Peters, better known as the looksmaxxer Clavicular, is facing serious criminal charges. According to The Bulwark, the looksmaxxer has been charged with alleged sexual assault, providing alcohol to a minor, and using illegal substances in Massachusetts. Prosecutors filed the charges in a courthouse in Cape Cod on September 8, 2026.
The incident took place last year on May 23, 2025, with a follow-up court date on October 14, 2026. The streamer could face up to 20 years behind bars for these charges.

Clavicular Is in the Midst of Another Legal Battle
It didn’t take long for the news to land on the streamer’s radar. According to his representatives, Clavicular has not received any formal summons or legal document about the issue. On X, the streamer also addressed the allegations and even pulled up a video of Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza. She is a TikToker who collaborated with Clavicular in the past and accused him of injecting her with substances, battery, and alleged sexual assault.
“Trying to get my attention in anyway possible, a lawsuit? Seriously… really petty of you.”
In the video, Mendoza claims Clavicular was ‘nice’ to her and provided her with a ride home through Uber. The same post also contained screenshots of their private conversations, along with a letter from Mendoza expressing her gratitude. In a separate post, the streamer shared another screenshot of Mendoza’s private message and reposted one of her TikTok videos.
“Lmao was literally trying to work at Bacara as a bottle girl… how about dont finance cars you cant afford. Happens to all successful young men, people try to come for your money. Greed is evil.”
The looksmaxxer could face up to two decades in prison once he is convicted of these charges.
