Kick streamer BenDaDonnn got into legal trouble after he evaded arrest and was tased by local police officers in Texas.
Benius Beard, better known as the Kick streamer BenDaDonnn, was recently arrested in Texas on October 4, 2026. According to TMZ, the streamer and his companions refused to obey their commands to disperse. During the scuffle, security personnel tried to fight back against the police as they were trying to apprehend the streamer.
BenDaDonnn was reportedly tased by the police before they put him in handcuffs and booked him in Brazos County Jail. The streamer’s mugshot was shared, along with the official jail records.

BenDaDonnn’s Mugshot Was Released Following His Arrest in Texas
During the arrest, BenDaDonnn was on the ground, and he claimed he did nothing wrong. Shortly after, the police pulled out their tasers and used them on the streamer on the streamer. The officers tased the streamer to gain his compliance and escorted him to a police vehicle.
“I didn’t do anything!”
As he was being transported to the police vehicle, one of his security guards allegedly interfered and was also arrested. According to the official jail records, Beard was arrested for evading arrest, and his bail was set at $7,000.
