Controversial rapper Diddy’s son made a surprise appearance on DDG’s livestream, dropping a bold “Free Pops” message.
Rapper and streamer Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr. found himself in an uncomfortable moment during his latest livestream after Sean “Diddy” Combs’ son, Christian Combs, made a comment about his father while appearing on camera.
DDG went live on Kick on August 29, 2026, from his channel and initially spent his time playing games. However, things took a different turn after one of his friends called him and invited him to Snoop Dogg’s event, where music from several upcoming artists was being played.
DDG decided to head to the party and continued his livestream from the event. At one point, he was seen enjoying the music and vibing along with the songs being played. The atmosphere changed when Christian Combs, who was also present at the party, walked in front of the camera.
Christian then made a comment calling for his father to be freed:
“Free pops… This chat? Free pops, everyone, appreciate y’all.”
Rather than responding to Christian, DDG remained quiet and continued listening to the music. However, his reaction suggested that he was uncomfortable with the situation. He did not engage with the comment or offer any response before continuing with the stream.
Diddy has been in federal custody following his arrest in September 2024 on charges that included racketeering conspiracy, s** trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He denied the allegations and pleaded not guilty.
In July 2025, Diddy was acquitted of the most serious charges against him but was found guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He was later sentenced to 50 months in prison and fined $500,000.
DDG Links Up With Snoop Dogg During Night Out
While DDG was at the event, he decided to explore another area of the venue, where a makeshift studio had been set up. The space appeared to be used for filming, with Snoop Dogg and several others working on a video, and green screens visible in the background.
DDG eventually made his way toward the group and greeted Snoop Dogg. The rapper appeared to acknowledge him, and DDG respectfully shook hands with the rap legend before exchanging a few words.
The moment also involved members of DDG’s group, who got the opportunity to meet Snoop Dogg as well. The interaction remained brief, but it gave DDG and his friends a chance to connect with one of hip-hop’s most recognizable figures.
