On August 22, 2026, streamer Kameaisweird went live on Twitch with a broadcast titled NEWW HAIR + OMEGLE. Although the broadcast initially appeared lighthearted, the situation took a turn when Kamea encountered an Uber driver who seemingly made transphobic remarks at her. As she entered the vehicle, the driver could be heard yelling slurs at the streamer while repeatedly telling her to stop recording him. After the driver made several bigoted comments, Kamea splashed water at him before getting out of the vehicle.
