Popular streamer Kai Cenat visited the Diamond Gym, and the owner punched him in the stomach during his workout.

Kai Cenat received tough love from Unc, the owner of the Diamond Gym, while working out in his latest stream. The streamer pulled up to the gym on August 5, 2026, and expected it would be easy but quickly realized this gym is in a different league.
“I may not be the most athletic, but we going to show we got heart, bro!”
The streamer was enthusiastic about his visit during the early parts of the stream and saw fans outside the venue. Upon entering the gym, the streamer met the owner and other bodybuilders and learned that he can’t laugh his way out of this. Unc tried reprimanding his wrong practices, punched his stomach, and threatened to hit his cameraman.

Kai Cenat Paid the Diamond Gym a Visit in His Recent Stream

After spending time to get comfortable in the gym, Unc personally supervised Kai Cenat’s workout and guided him on what to do. Unc instructed him to do one thing, but the streamer did not listen and was playing around.
“Kai! Stop playing with me or I’ll f*** that cameraman up!”
Unc gave him a set of instructions, which Kai repeatedly ignored, and all it took was a punch to convince him to focus. Kai continued to work out but was more focused on entertaining his viewers, which prompted Unc to get in front of the camera and hide him from the viewers.
“I’m not playing. I’m not playing!”
At this point, Unc had enough and told Kai to start over from zero. Other bodybuilders stepped in to guide him, and Unc stood by the camera throughout his workout.
