What Happened to Brawadis’ Dog? Streamer’s Emotional Moment Explored

Popular YouTuber and FaZe Rug’s brother, Brawadis, lost his pet dog of eight years in late April 2026. The 31-year-old uploaded a YouTube video on May 1, 2026, which documented the final days of his pet and his experience throughout the gut-wrenching journey. In the video titled, “rest in peace, Booker,” the content creator revealed that the Mini Goldendoodle had been suffering from lymphoma cancer; he’d found out that there was no cure for it. Brawadis said that although they had previously treated the dog for lymphoma, the situation turned hopeless when the cancer cells began to multiply. At the 29:06 minute mark, Brandon Awadis had this to say:
“Booker’s cancer has progressed from regular lymphoma to resistant lymphoma, meaning his cancer now is not responding to any medicine, any chemotherapy treatment, any drug that they tried to give him, and his cancer is just getting worse and worse and spreading around his whole entire body.”
Brawadis spoke about the cancer cells growing rapidly all over Booker’s body, stating:
“The doctor told me that the cancer cells in Booker’s body that were being killed by the chemotherapy when we first started treatment, those cancer cells have now found a way to hide inside my dog’s body and avoid the medicine that they’re putting in his body, and they found a way to multiply inside my baby’s body and spread around to other areas like his legs, his neck, his kidneys, and now my dog’s body is just full of cancer cells, and all of his lymph nodes are swollen and enlarged.”
In his Booker’s final moments, Brawadis and his family surrounded the pet for a last goodbye. The video has amassed a whopping 5 million views, and fans mourn the YouTuber’s loss to this day.
