Conservative commentator Nick Fuentes criticizes the Trump administration on X, claiming Americans should “stay home or vote Democrat.”
On October 26, 2026, far-right commentator Nick Fuentes shared his thoughts on Donald Trump. He accused the current administration of starting a war with Iran despite Trump’s previous promises to prevent new wars. He also claimed that the conflict had destroyed the economy.
The influencer further alleged that Trump’s advisors are “selling their access” to Republican Party donors and foreign nations. He ended his post by urging his followers to vote for Democratic candidates in the midterms. Fuentes wrote:
“Trump promised ‘no new wars,’ then started a war with Iran that we are not only losing but which also destroyed the economy. Meanwhile, his corrupt advisors are selling their access to him for millions of dollars to megadonors and foreign countries. Stay home or vote Democrat.”
In his other X posts, Fuentes urged his followers to vote for Amy Acton, the Democratic candidate running for governor in Ohio. The streamer claimed that he believes she will win the upcoming midterms. he wrote:
“I BELIEVE THAT SHE WILL WIN. VOTE AMY ACTON FOR OHIO.”
On October 8, 2026, the Rumble streamer appeared to express support for the Democratic candidate once again. He wrote:
“Early voting has begun in Ohio. VOTE AMY ACTON FOR GOVERNOR.”
Ana Kasparian Reacts to Nick Fuentes’ Criticism of the Trump Administration
On October 16, 2026, The Young Turks aired a snippet from one of Nick Fuentes’ livestreams in which he criticized the Trump administration. The far-right commentator claimed to have inside information about the administration, saying he knew “people in the admin.” He said:
“The Trump administration is a criminal enterprise. I’m not saying this as a resistance liberal. I’m not saying this as a Democrat. I know this because I know people in the admin…. And what they say is even worse than what anybody has reported so far. The insider trading, the insider dealing…. The unregistered foreign agents. It’s unbelievable. And not only is it extensive, it’s also sloppy.”
Reacting to the clip, The Young Turks co-host Ana Kasparian shared her thoughts on the administration. She argued that Americans did not need Fuentes to expose the alleged corruption, claiming that government insiders were openly enriching themselves. She said:
“Yeah, look, you really don’t need Fuentes to tell you that. I mean, the corruption and the robbery that the American people are undergoing right now is pretty brazen. It’s out in the open. And every single day we learn more about how the government insiders are basically enriching themselves.”
