Controversial streamer Sneako responds to the lawsuit against gambling platform Duel and says he will sue “everyone defaming with deepfakes.”
On October 28, 2026, controversial Kick streamer Nicolas “Sneako” took to X and said he is “going full jew” while responding to a lawsuit against gambling platform Duel. He also claimed that “AI slander” is an obstacle to freedom of speech, an “American value.” The content creator wrote:
“I am going full jew and suing everyone defaming with deepfakes. Free speech is an American value and AI slander destroys it.”
According to the post made by @HassanShibly, attorney Anthony Sabatini has filed a federal lawsuit on behalf of the streamer. Sabatini has sued the gambling platform Duel on the grounds of “deception, defamation, and exploitation.” According to the lawsuit, Duel has allegedly used AI to create fake videos of Sneako endorsing its platform. Furthermore, the gambling platform has also allegedly associated Sneako with a “fabricated terrorist attack” and “violence against Christians.”
Sneako Takes Legal Action Over “Fake Kissing Picture”
On October 28, 2026, Hassan Shibly commented under a now-deleted post from Akademiks, confirming that the image circulating on the internet of Sneako allegedly kissing another man was false and fabricated. Nicolas himself quote-tweeted the reply from Hassan and wrote:
“You’re getting sued, Islamically.”
Shibly also explained that Sneako’s legal team has identified the original stream and found no instances of the streamer kissing @Yeoakx. According to Hassan, they have also pinpointed the person involved in taking the screenshot and changing it to fabricate the kiss. He further explained the illegality of sharing the image online.
