President Donald Trump talks about the protester at his Ohio rally, claiming that the person has to go on a diet.
At Donald Trump’s recent rally in Ohio, it appeared that a protester was escorted out by law enforcement. The footage showed a fight that broke out in the audience, with Trump taking notice of it. He alleged that the person was a paid protester hired by leftists. Joking that the protester was “going back home to mom,” he also commented on their physical appearance, saying the person needed to go on a diet. He said:
“Paid protest. He’s a paid protester, they’re all paid. They get paid by the lefties in order to destroy our country. They’re scum. But, he’s going back home to mom. He’s going back home to mom, look at him. Look at him, terrible. Don’t we love law enforcement. Oh, he’s gotta go on a diet. He’s a fat guy. Wow, he’s gotta go on a diet fast, we all do.”
He also claimed the person’s parents had voted for him, which drew loud cheers from the audience. Calling them a “low-class protester,” he had this to say:
“They’re paid protesters. That’s a very low-class protester. What he doesn’t know is that his mother and father voted for me. And, they’re angry as hell. That’s our boy; what’s he doing there? He looks so terrible. He’s gonna get home, and he’s gonna get smacked.”
At the aforementioned rally, Jake Paul took the podium to share a few words in support of Donald Trump. The Ohio native talked about the protesters, claiming “all they do is carry signs around.” Referring to them as “the woke socialist movement,” the former Disney Channel star had this to say:
“We love Ohio. My mom is here, she still lives here… I get confused by the left, the protesters. Do they not have jobs? All they do is carry signs around while we’re doing the work. I know this is a union town. We’re hardworkers, and we have to protect Ohio. We face evil. We face these people who are willing to do anything to destroy. All they do is talk on Twitter. But Twitter fingers never built the country. Hate has never built the country, and the woke socialist movement that we face has never built a country.”
