Streamer Mounim Sabhi was arrested for allegedly committing violent acts against homeless and vulnerable people in a mansion.
French content creator and streamer Mounim Sabhi was arrested on September 21, 2026. According to reports from France 3 Régions, the influencer had been under investigation since April over several alleged violent and humiliating acts against homeless people. The streamer broadcasts these videos on TikTok, Twitch, and Kick, filmed at a mansion in Saint-Gervais-la-Forêt, near Blois, France. Prosecutors allege that the people against whom the violent acts were committed are in vulnerable positions.
These acts allegedly include slapping a man and whipping a woman with a belt. Reports allege that former residents witnessed the streamer hurl insults at the vulnerable people that he filmed. Reports also allege that Sabhi faces six counts of crimes, including violence against a vulnerable person. France 3 Régions further reports that the streamer was placed in police custody, and €3,400 in cash and cameras were seized during a search of the mansion where the videos were filmed.
The public prosecutor of Blois, Stéphane Javet, released a statement on X. According to reports, the statement elaborated on a six-month investigation conducted into the streamer’s actions. Although reports claim he documented such acts on Kick and Twitch, both accounts now appear to have been removed. His TikTok account, “lateamduchateau,” still appears to be up at the time of writing.
Streamer Mounim Sabhi’s Alleged History With Crime
Reports suggest that in September 2025, streamer Mounim Sabhi was placed under judicial supervision. The report by France 3 Régions names four counts of alleged criminal activity, including money laundering, organized fraud, undeclared work, and misuse of company assets. He was previously convicted in April for allegedly refusing to cooperate with the police after he was reportedly stopped for driving under the influence. Reports allege he also faces trial for domestic violence, with a rape investigation ongoing separately.
