Once you get the Scalpel from Zoe’s clinic in Silent Hill: Townfall, you’ll be able to access the St. Amelia pharmacy. In the back office, you’ll find a blue locker locked with a four-digit combo. It’s not immediately clear how to unlock the locker, but we’ll tell you exactly how!
Locker Code for the Pharmacy in Silent Hill: Townfall
The combination to open the pharmacy locker is 6-5-3-9. Inside the locker, you’ll find a key item: a prescription dosage error note, which you’ll use later for the mysterious scale puzzle back at the Clinic.
How to Find the Locker Combination
You’ll need to interact with the radio in the office in the back of the pharmacy to fine-tune your CRTV to the signal. Once it’s all aligned, you’ll store a new signal.
Once you have the signal on your CRTV, it’ll show several posters that are around the pharmacy. You’ll need to look at each poster to find the number it “shows.” However, it’s not immediately apparent what the digit will be.
- The first part of the signal broadcast will show glimpses of the hand-washing poster in the bathroom. The first digit for the locker code is 6, which is the number of fingers/thumbs shown on the poster.
- The second part of the video shows a prescription drugs memo. You’ll find it near a window on the path to the back office. It has a large ‘5’ on it. This is your second locker digit.
- The third part of the video shows a blood pressure reader poster. This one is near the entrance (turn to the right when you walk into the pharmacy). The arrow should point to ‘3 ‘. This is the third digit of the locker combination.
- For the fourth digit, count the number of red pills left in the packaging on the poster in the back office, to the right of the lockers. There should be 9 pills left, which is your final digit.
- After opening the locker, you will get the Prescription Dosage Error Note, which you will use later for a puzzle at the clinic.
