For context, on September 14, 2026, TMZ released a one-minute-10-second video of McConnell in a wheelchair following a three-month absence. The footage, in which the United States Senator was seen giving a thumbs-up while smiling, has garnered over 11.8 million views.
Laura Loomer commented on the 84-year-old’s public appearance, claiming that “he’s not even responding to cognition tests.”
She went on to say that Mitch McConnell “looks incapacitated” and “is brain dead”:
