Controversial streamer Asmongold talks about the comparisons between the far-left and far-right, calling Trump a “liberal”
On September 2, 2026, streamer Asmongold went live on Kick and shared his thoughts on Donald Trump supposedly being a liberal. After reacting to a post from r/LivestreamFail, the streamer scrolled through the comments and came across a Reddit user who wrote that the far-left is just as bad as the far-right. Asmongold responded to the comment, saying that he ‘doesn’t want to hear anything being far-right.’ He said:
“Dude, if the far-right had the presidency, you wouldn’t be making this comment right now. Let me tell you that. Trump is a liberal, okay? He’s a liberal. I don’t wanna hear about the far-right having the presidency. Until we reopen Guantanamo Bay and we start putting terries in the box by the thousands, I don’t wanna hear anything about being far-right.”

Asmongold Says He Would’ve Joined ICE If He Didn’t Have “Anything Going On”
During a recent stream, Asmongold said that if he were 22 years old and had no prospects in life, he would have joined ICE. Claiming that it would have been ‘so fun,’ the Kick streamer shared his thoughts, saying:
“If I was like, 22 years old, and I didn’t have anything going on, I would’ve hundred percent joined ICE. It would probably be so f****** fun. Like, rounding these f****** up, throwing them in the car, processing them, watching them cry, upset…. This probably would’ve changed my life. I probably would have gone into a completely different type…. I’m getting too excited even thinking about it….. And then, you get to zap them.”
