Power Loader’s Armored Mech Is Perfectly Suited to His Iron Claw Quirk
Instead of fighting on the front lines, Power Loader, also known as U.A. High School’s Excavation Hero, specializes in developing, designing, and upgrading hero costumes. He is a Pro Hero faculty member in charge of the school’s development course studio, where he enjoys the company of his very own inventions.
Most of the time, Power Loader is often seen piloting an armored mech that has a striking resemblance to an ordinary excavation machine. This mech is effective in search-and-rescue missions, as well as restoration efforts, augmenting Power Loader’s burrowing Quirk, Iron Claws.

Airjet’s Plated Armor Turns Him Into a Flying Powerhouse
My Hero Academia: Vigilantes features yet another hero who wears armor as their costume. There’s also Airjet, a Pro Hero who sports a crimson bodysuit under white plated armor equipped with twin jetpacks, allowing him to float while fighting villains.
Airjet’s plated armor is also equipped with jet cannons, perfect for unleashing powerful blasts of compressed air, strong enough to bust a villain anytime he encounters one. Just like Katsuki Bakugo, Airjet has a strong drive to defeat villains, often charging headfirst into battle without hesitation and relying on his immense firepower to overwhelm his opponents.

All Might’s Air Pressure Shooting Torso Armor Helped Him Fire Pressurized Air
While Armored All Might is best remembered as Toshinori Yagi’s most powerful suit in My Hero Academia, he previously relied on another piece of armor, albeit one that was far less powerful. His Air Pressure Shooting Torso Armor only covers his torso, serving as support gear that allows him to unleash powerful pressurized air shots.
At the same time, All Might’s Air Pressure Shooting Torso Armor allows him to operate at only 20–30% of his full power, making it considerably weaker than his later armored suit. Despite its benefits, the armor kept breaking under the strain of All Might’s immense power.

Turbo Hero: Ingenium’s Lightweight Hero Armor Is Built for Speed
Class 1-A’s Tenya Iida, also known as Ingenium, constantly wears an armored suit as his hero costume. This specialized lightweight armored suit is designed to augment his Engine Quirk, maximizing his incredible speed and minimizing wind resistance as much as possible.
With his armored suit modified by Mei Hatsume, Ingenium’s Hero Costume is now sleeker and thinner, featuring built-in cooling devices that allow him to use his Engine Quirk more efficiently. His helmet also decreases wind resistance, though his mufflers are mere decoration.

Bakugo Katsuki’s Suppressive Heavy Mobile Unit: Strafe Panzer Turns His Sweat Into Ammunition
At first glance, Katsuki Bakugo’s Suppressive Heavy Mobile Unit: Strafe Panzer bears a striking resemblance to Marvel’s War Machine. After all, the Strafe Panzer is composed of multiple retractable machine guns that extend from Bakugo’s hero costume. Though this support item is heavy, Bakugo has no trouble using it to his advantage.
The Suppressive Heavy Mobile Unit: Strafe Panzer weaponizes Bakugo’s nitroglycerin-like sweat as ammunition, allowing him to rapidly fire explosive projectiles at his enemies. This heavy mobile unit packs enough firepower to tear through Tomura Shigaraki’s deformed limbs, but it is eventually destroyed in the ensuing battle.

Armored All Might Turns Toshinori Yagi Into a One-Man Army
Thanks to the Armored All Might, Toshinori Yagi’s time on the battlefield received a much-needed extension. This expensive and highly advanced armored suit, developed by All Might and Melissa Shield over several years, allowed the Symbol of Peace to contend with Prime All For One and survive the brutal battles of My Hero Academia’s Final War Arc.
Each tool, gadget, weapon, and attachment in Armored All Might pays homage to the abilities of Class 1-A’s students, staying true to Toshinori Yagi’s commitment to inspiring the next generation of heroes. With this armored suit, All Might significantly weakened All For One, forcing the villain to expend so much of his life force that his lifespan rapidly dwindled in the process.

Izuku Midoriya’s New Tech-Based Armor Mimics the One For All Quirks
Losing One For All in the final battle did not stop Izuku Midoriya from being an active Pro Hero in My Hero Academia. With the help of his friends, especially Katsuki Bakugo, he rejoins the front lines in a highly advanced mechanized suit that allows him to fight villains as if he still had the One For All quirk.
With his new tech-based Hero costume, Izuku Midoriya can fulfill his hero duties even without a Quirk. Not only is his armored suit equipped with jet boots that allow him to float and increase his running speed, but it also features energy cables that mimic the tendrils of Izuku Midoriya’s Blackwhip Quirk. That’s just the beginning, as the suit boasts other features that pay homage to the One For All quirk.
