IShowSpeed was flabbergasted by GTA 6 gameplay, praising Rockstar’s Extended Look while struggling to explain why it looks better than GTA 5
IShowSpeed was left flabbergasted while reacting to Rockstar Games’ nearly 27-minute GTA 6 Extended Look. The streamer watched the footage and struggled to explain why the upcoming game looked so much better than GTA 5.
The Extended Look gave fans a closer look at Jason and Lucia, their relationship, missions, activities and the wider Vice City world. Speed’s reaction focused heavily on the gameplay and Rockstar’s attention to detail.
IShowSpeed Calls GTA 6 Gameplay “Immaculate”
While watching the Extended Look, IShowSpeed compared the upcoming game with GTA 5 but found it difficult to describe exactly what made GTA 6 feel different.
“Chat, the gameplay is just, like, immaculate. It’s like GTA 5, but just, like, GTA 6, though. I don’t know how to explain it. It’s, like, a better version,” he said.
The streamer appeared particularly impressed by the realism of the gameplay. During a sequence featuring Lucia and a police chase, he stopped to point out the visual details.
“Chat, just look at the gameplay. Sorry for pausing, but don’t this just looks so real. Like, just look at it. They did so well”
His reaction comes as fans continue to compare GTA 6 with GTA 5, which was released in 2013. Rockstar appears to have retained many familiar elements while significantly expanding the game’s world, animations, and interactions. The Extended Look also showcased features such as more detailed NPC behavior, physical activities, vehicle interactions, robberies and a wider range of open-world activities. Rockstar has said GTA 6 will feature more than 600,000 animations, compared with roughly 55,000 in GTA 5.
