Brazilian influencer Alana Alves da Silva was among seven people killed after a car carrying more than 300 pounds of marijuana crashed while fleeing police.
The 28-year-old content creator, known online as “Vampira 085,” died in a head-on collision on the BR-251 highway in Salinas, Minas Gerais, on August 8.
According to Brazil’s Federal Highway Police, Alves was a passenger in a Fiat Cronos that ignored an order to stop at a police checkpoint.
The driver reportedly fled at high speed for roughly six miles before attempting to overtake four vehicles on a curve. The Fiat entered the opposite lane and collided head-on with a GM Astra.
Officers later discovered 164 packages containing 137 kilograms, or approximately 302 pounds, of marijuana inside the Fiat.

Alves died at the scene. The Fiat’s driver, 24-year-old Pedro Yan Linhares Gutierrez, and passenger Ramon Silverio Nogueira, 19, were taken to a hospital but later died from their injuries.
A fourth occupant, a woman in her early 20s, survived the crash but was hospitalized in serious condition with a traumatic brain injury and multiple fractures.
All four people inside the Astra were killed. They were identified as Argemiro Machado da Silva, 79; Valmir Machado da Silva, 76; Alcides Silva Santos, 77; and Gilmar Bispo dos Santos, 46.
The four men were from Ruy Barbosa, Bahia. The municipality issued a statement mourning their deaths and helped return their bodies home for burial.
Police said Gutierrez did not have a driver’s license, was wearing an electronic ankle monitor, and had previously faced drug trafficking charges. Authorities are investigating the crash and the marijuana found inside the vehicle.
Alves had nearly 60,000 followers and regularly posted lifestyle videos, comedy pranks, and fitness content. She also operated an online fitness fashion business.
Her death follows several recent tragedies involving creators, including Mormon influencer Chandler David Hendry’s fatal car crash and the helicopter crash that killed a 17-year-old beauty influencer.
