After being released from jail for securing bonds, new details regarding ChudTheBuilder’s release have been shared online.
Dalton Eatherly, better known as ChudTheBuilder, will remain on house arrest following his recent release from jail. The controversial streamer was released from the Montgomery County Jail on August 10, 2026, after posting bond. While his case is still under review, there are several terms and conditions that the streamer must keep in mind.

The Terms and Conditions for ChudTheBuilder’s Release From Montgomery County Jail Have Been Revealed
As part of the signed order, ChudTheBuilder must remain in full house arrest with a GPS monitor attached to his ankle to track his movements. Initially, the order would grant the streamer partial freedom with a 9-5 curfew, but an updated order moved to a full house arrest. The order also requires the streamer to surrender any firearms he has in his possession and any passport he has. It also goes without saying that Eatherly cannot apply for a new passport and must not apply for a new one.
The signed order also states that he cannot discuss, post, or share any details regarding his previous cases, especially in his livestreams. There was an incident in a restaurant in Nashville where the streamer refused to settle his bill and resisted arrest. The authorities arrested ChudTheBuilder on May 13, 2026, for firing a gun outside the Montgomery County Courthouse.
The streamer cannot enter Davidson County since it would be a direct violation of his house arrest order. However, ChudTheBuilder can leave his residence for scheduled court appearances. Netizens were not happy about the streamer’s temporary freedom and some are looking forward to his return to prison.
