Liquid Death has teamed up with MrBeast’s Feastables to transform its Creamy Peanut Butter Cups into a soda-flavored sparkling water.
The limited-edition drink combines chocolate and peanut butter flavors in what the brands describe as a “chocolate peanut butter shake with bubbles.” Despite the name, each 12-ounce can contains just 10 calories, 3g of sugar, and no actual nuts.
It also contains no caffeine or artificial sweeteners, offering a considerably lighter alternative to the Feastables candy that inspired it. Dexerto has tried the new drink and can confirm it tastes surprisingly good, just like other chocolatey Liquid Death releases.
“We teamed up with MrBeast to make better-for-you soda that tastes just like drinking Feastables Creamy Peanut Butter Cups,” Liquid Death said. “It’s like a chocolate peanut butter shake with bubbles that can be chugged by kids and biker outlaws alike.”
Liquid Death and Feastables launch peanut butter cup water
The “biker outlaws” line ties into an accompanying commercial starring MrBeast, who claims to have purchased the “world’s most dangerous biker bar.”
After entering the bar and asking for its strongest drink, MrBeast is handed a can of the Peanut Butter Cup sparkling water. The bikers then chug the drink while being covered in what appears to be melted chocolate and peanut butter.
A disclaimer clarifies that the scenes are a “flavor dramatization” and that the product is sparkling water, not liquid peanut butter and chocolate.
The drink is initially available through Amazon, where a 12-pack of 12-ounce cans is listed for $14.99. Individual 19.2-ounce cans have also appeared through 7-Eleven, with a wider rollout planned at retailers including Five Below while supplies last.
Amazon’s listing claimed that more than 1,000 packs were purchased during the month before the official announcement.
Feastables has also added an official Liquid Death Peanut Butter Cup bundle to its website, encouraging customers to “sip it, snack it, repeat.”
