Streamer Asmongold says he would go back to the church if there is “another Crusade,” while explaining why he “hates Christianity.”
Zack Hoyt, popularly known as “Asmongold,” has explained why he “hates Christianity.” On July 31, 2026, a 35-second video from his recent Just Chatting livestream surfaced on X. In it, Asmongold stated that he would “go back to the church” if there was “another Crusade.”
While elaborating on why he “doesn’t like” the religion “nowadays,” the former OTK (One True King) member remarked:
“This is the reason why I said that I would go back to the church if we had another Crusade. It’s because this is precisely why I hate Christianity right now. It has been co-opted by post-liberal globalist bull****! I like the idea of Christianity of, like, the Crusades. I think that’s great! I don’t like it nowadays. I’m not a fan.”
Christianity Isn’t the Only Thing That Asmongold “Hates”
Another video from Asmongold’s Twitch stream was posted on X, in which he stated that he “hated the Democrats more than anything.”
While also voicing his dissatisfaction with the Republicans, the content creator stated that he is “completely vengeful and totally vindictive.”
He added:
“I hate the Democrats more than anything. Well, I don’t, actually; I hate the foreign people. Like, there are a lot of Democrats like the baldy here (John Fetterman) that I do like. But I also hate the Republicans. I do. I hate them because they have the power and they don’t do that; they don’t act that way. ‘Yes. More vindictive actions.’ Yeah! It is! And, by the way, I am completely vengeful; I am totally vindictive, and cruelty is the point. That is the point for me! And, so, the fact that they don’t go after these guys, and they just let them run wild, is just a disgrace, in my opinion. You let these people run wild. For what reason? Why would you do this?! So, that’s really the way I’d say it. Right?”
