Step-by-step: How to reach and open the Cultist Lair
- Get the Sea Traveler quest / Sea Traveler Note — complete the Sea Traveler’s tasks to unlock access to Terrapin Hideaway / discover the hidden coordinates (this is prerequisite lore/questline).
- Go to Terrapin Island / Terrapin Hideaway — find the hidden cave/lever location at the coordinates.
