How to Get?
The only way to secure a Redcap is from a Fairy Chest. This container will be given as a reward for players who complete various Fairy Favor quests. Here is a breakdown of when the chest will be given as a reward for reaching the following tiers:

Once every 20 minutes, a pet can gain 12% XP of its current level at the cost of delaying an egg from hatching. On the other hand, it can also speed up an egg’s hatch time, but it will remove one level from a random pet.
